1. Controller and contact

AlpSanto Global Momentum LLC, 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA is responsible for this website and for handling project inquiries. The contact person is Axel Lenz. Send privacy questions and requests to exercise your rights to impressum@uemfaq.de. You do not need to use a particular form to exercise your rights.

2. Scope of this notice

This notice covers visits to UEMFAQ, language selection, the project inquiry form and direct contact by email. It describes the processes currently provided on this website. If an inquiry leads to an advisory engagement, further information about processing in that business relationship may be required. This website currently has no registration or customer account.

3. Website access and technical connection data

To deliver a requested page, technical data is sent to the hosting provider. This may include your IP address, the time and destination of the request, response status, browser and device information, and connection or error data. These data are used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interest is to operate a functional and secure website. We do not currently have a binding description of the host's precise log formats or retention periods, so we do not state an unverified period.

4. Hosting

The website is provided through OpenAI Sites. The hosting provider processes the technical data required to operate it. When a form is submitted, a server-side function also receives the entered data and passes them to the email delivery service. We do not maintain a separate website database for project inquiries. The host may use other technical service providers to deliver and protect the website; see OpenAI's privacy information for details of its processing.

5. Automatic and manual language selection

When you open the homepage, a script in your browser first checks for a previously saved language choice. If none is saved, it uses the time zone or language reported by your browser to choose German or English. We do not use our own IP geolocation for this. When you manually change the language using the switch at the bottom of the page, your browser stores “de” or “en” locally under the key “uemfaq-language”. This preference is not sent to us as part of a project inquiry. You can clear it in your browser settings. The purpose is to show the language you selected; the legal basis for any associated processing of personal data is GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

6. Project inquiry form

The form requires your name, business email address and message. You may also provide your company and select a topic. The selected page language and a technical request identifier are transmitted to support the delivery process. We use the information to understand your question, identify who should respond, ask follow-up questions and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not submit passwords, configuration exports, confidential infrastructure details or special categories of personal data.

For a natural person's pre-contractual request, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). If you inquire on behalf of a company, we rely on Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest is to answer business inquiries and assess suitable projects. Without your name, email address and message, we cannot meaningfully process the form; the other details are optional. You are not required to submit an inquiry or provide further information.

7. Technical checks on the form

Before delivery, the server-side function checks the format, size and origin of the request. A hidden field helps reject obviously automated submissions. A technical identifier is used for email delivery to avoid duplicate delivery of the same request. The website does not use a third-party CAPTCHA service for this. These checks help limit errors and abuse. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the form.

8. Email delivery and inquiry recipients

The server-side function passes the inquiry to Resend. Resend sends it by email, identified as originating from UEMFAQ, to alenz@alpsanto.com and al@alixon.de. Alixon participates in the joint assessment of the inquiry. The name, email address, company, topic, message, page language and delivery time are transmitted; the technical request identifier supports delivery. Incoming messages are then stored in the recipients' mailboxes and may be used for follow-up and correspondence. Disclosure for advertising is not intended. 9. Direct email and privacy contact

If you write to us directly, we process your sender address, content and technical email data to reply and document the matter. Messages to impressum@uemfaq.de are forwarded through the domain and forwarding provider to an AlpSanto mailbox. The providers involved therefore participate in delivery. Business and pre-contractual inquiries rely on the legal bases described in section 6; responding to privacy requests is necessary to comply with legal obligations under GDPR Article 6(1)(c). Please arrange a suitable transfer method before sending particularly sensitive documents.

10. Processing outside the EU/EEA

The operator has a US address. Hosting, server-side processing and email delivery may involve processing or access outside the EU or EEA. The hosting provider currently does not guarantee data residency. Please contact us at the address above for information about safeguards applicable to a specific transfer. Choosing an email delivery region alone does not mean that all processing takes place there.

11. Retention and deletion

We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, prepare an offer, handle follow-up questions and manage any resulting business relationship. We then delete them unless legal retention duties or specifically justified evidentiary interests apply. Data entered into an unsuccessful form submission and held only in the open browser are not stored in a separate inquiry database. Delivery data, email mailboxes and technical logs are also subject to the applicable retention rules of the providers involved. We do not state a single number of days because retention depends on the matter and the systems involved.

12. Cookies, analytics and external content

We do not add our own visitor analytics, advertising trackers, social-media feeds or externally loaded fonts to this website. The website's content and scripts are delivered through the host. The manually selected language preference stored in your browser is described in section 5. We do not use form data for a newsletter or automated advertising messages. If you click an external link, you leave this website and the other provider's information applies to its service.

13. No automated decision-making

The form is technically checked for valid and complete entries. No automated system makes a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about accepting, rejecting or assessing an advisory project. We do not profile website visitors for advertising.

14. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and, where the conditions are met, data portability (Article 20). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation under Article 21. Contact impressum@uemfaq.de. There is no special website fee for making such a request.

15. Complaint and updates

You have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority (GDPR Article 77). We update this notice when the website's functions, providers or processing change.
